In 1999, Bremmes Fryseri researched different flooring options that would be appropriate for our specialized needs in the salmon and seafood processing industry. The other flooring options such as tile and 2-pack paint systems, for instance, were not working for us at all. We had used the AcryliCon Décor System in our freezing tunnel areas and because it was performing so well, we decided to use the Décor system again in the new plant that we built in 2008. We are now enjoying a low maintenance floor despite the rigorous conditions and harsh processing environment at the plant. We applied a system which was approximately 7 mm thick, and we expect it to last at least 15 years. AcryliCon will always be our flooring solution as we prepare for further operation expansions.
