This customer was refered to us by a representative of chemical cleaning products in the food industry. This representative is all too familiar with problems resulting from epoxy floors. Given his level of expertise in this industry he understood that a floor where filth can penetrate the surface is a floor impossible to keep clean. Despite using the best chemical cleaning products.

Following a presentation from Acrylicon, he had a better understanding of the reason why epoxy floors deteriorate with heavy cleaning and ageing, as well as delamination as a result of strong impact damage and floor cracks.

Together we visited several Acrylicon Clients to view previously installed floors. He noted that none of the floors showed any signs of wear and tear, and that they were pore free and much easier to clean. There was also no sign of delamination, even round channel drains.

In the end, the representative was so impressed with the Acrylicon Systems, he refered us to Ocean Concept to be a part of the major renovation projects. This customer, a specialist in processing seafoods, is in the process of renovating all of its production department consisting of more than 10,000 sq.ft. We have now been awarded a contract to install Acrylicon Decor in their new departments.
