G's Fresh Beetroot

Acrylicon was the first choice for G’s Fresh Beetroot when looking for Industrial Flooring having already had most of the factory floor laid with Acrylicon Decor System.

Beetroot preparation has always been a problem for floors due to the adding of Vinegars and the temperature of the ovens used to cook them. Acrylicon had been chosen as a potential solution to these problems due to its unique properties. After only a few years the decision to buy an Acrylicon floor proved to be a correct one and since then we have been back several times laying more areas in the production facility.

With thier faith in the product and our laying ability assured, they then asked us what we could do for other areas of the factory.

The first area- Low Corridor had Vinyl that was wearing and becoming hard to clean. We replaced it with 68m2 of our 2mm Acrylicon Granito Flake System, with coving and kerbs which are easy to clean, hard wearing and very decorative.

The second area - Flat Pack Area had no appled finish on it and was beggining to suffer. 181m2, was to be done in our 5mm Acrylicon Décor Plus System, with F10 joints to allow for expansion.

The Granito Flake system was completed in 5 days and the Décor system in 4 days.

UPDATE 16-12-06: We have since been back and done another area of 500m2 in their new Vac-Pak extension in Acrylicon Decor System.
