LM Foods - Carteret, New Jersey

We were brought into this project in the 11th hour through a third party broker salesperson. The client needed to make a decision that day as he had been looking at three different epoxy systems for this Seafood Packing Plant.

With our team being unable to do a face to face presentation that day, we contacted the client and gave him a brief overview of our Acrylicon systems. We explained to him that while we understood his need to make a decision that day that it was even more important to make the right decision for such a project. With that we asked him to take 5 minutes to look over the Acrylicon website and to call us back before making a decision. We immediately received a call with many questions. With the client interested in the unique properties he agreed to postpone the decision until he had received the brochures and samples which we had sent overnight. We received a call the following morning with the approval to use Acrylicon on the LM Foods project. All this without a person to person sales call.
