18th December 2009: RIBA CPD Roadshow 2010
Due to the success of the 2009 RIBA CPD Roadshow, Acrylicon have continued their partnership into 2010.
At each Roadshow Acrylicon will be presenting its highly popular seminar "Industrial Flooring: The generic resins and their real life performance".
14th October 2009: Acrylicon achieves Design Approval from Tesco
The Design Standards and Change Management team from Tesco Stores Ltd have approved the Acrylicon Granito System as a viable alternative to Terrazzo.
2nd September 2009: Royal Mail gets fast delivery flooring
Acrylicon Scotland has just completed a major refurbishment for Royal Mail. The Aberdeen Mail Centre, which handles all mail in and out of the North of Scotland, desperately needed new flooring. With 24hour lorry movements, there was no chance of using traditional resins.

16th October 2008: RIBA Approved CPD
“Industrial Flooring: The Generic Resins and their Real Life Performance” is the new RIBA Approved CPD from Acrylicon Systems. This presentation serves to dispel many of the myths and misinformation about the performance of different types of resin on the market.
2nd July 2008: Acrylicon Systems Formed
Following the rapid expansion of the Acrylicon brand worldwide, we are pleased to announce that as of July 2008 the sole UK distributor of all Acrylicon products for the UK market is Acrylicon Systems Ltd based in Leicestershire.
This exciting new development will see the disposal and merger of several business units into a single operation responsible for the sales and marketing of the Acrylicon brand into all areas of the UK construction market.
30th April 2008: Wm Morrison Supermarkets - Leeds
When Wm. Morrison Supermarkets Plc decided to refurbish their store in the centre of Leeds, a new floor was paramount in updating the image.
This busy store, situated within the Merrion Shopping Centre in the heart of Leeds, had to stay operational. Fast cure resin flooring was seen to be the answer. With many companies selling MMA (Acrylic) flooring, Morrison’s took the time to find out the differences between them.
31st March 2008: REC Scancell 12.000 sq.meters
AcryliCon Nord-Norge AS have just completed the largest project in their history, going back almost 20 Years, with this state of the art installation of 12.000 sq. metres of Acrylicon System at REC Scancell in Narvik, Norway.

14th March 2007: Lunch & Learn
Following an initial meeting with the firm Architecte Trame of Rouyn Noranda, Quebec in September of 2006 a subsequent information session, or “Lunch & Learn” was carried out with all of the associates of the firm being present. After the presentation carried out in October 2006 they were all very impressed with the characteristics & properties of our products. Therefore, these architects have decided to recommend AcryliCon flooring in various construction & renovation projects for many of their clientele.
21st February 2007: Tufjordbruket Completed
Acrylicon Nord Norge AS have just completed the installation of 4.275 sq. meter of Acrylicon Décor System 4 mm, in the new production site in Tufjord, Rolfsøy in Finmark, Norway.
29th January 2007: G's Beetroot
This week saw the first production in the new extension at G's Beetroot's site. The increasing demand for fresh quality organic produce has seen sales of beetroot rise. In turn G's decided to expand their Vac-Pak facility in order to meet this demand. The 500m2 area was topped with the Acrylicon Decor System to match the rest of the factory.

The single point concept from Acrylicon Silidur Systems has enabled Moy Park to eliminate the construction interface issues usually encountered on a project of this magnitude and complexity.
22nd January 2007: Nordlaks, Stokkmarknes, Norway
The new extension of the Production facilities of Nordlaks has now been finalized.
The owner and group president, Mr. Inge Berg are focusing on export of frozen Salmon to the Asian market and the extension makes the company well equipped to manage an increase in the capacity of production and export in the future.

Acrylicon Canada is pleased to welcome all building professionals to the Contech Exhibition which will be held October 26, 2006 at the Congress Centre of Quebec City and November 22, 2006 at the Congress Palace Centre of Montreal.

This has lead to the opening of offices in areas where local market demand is sustainable. Hence the expansion of our market areas has been by external pressure and local demand, rather than by planned expansion.
