Following the rapid expansion of the Acrylicon brand worldwide, we are pleased to announce that as of July 2008 the sole UK distributor of all Acrylicon products for the UK market is Acrylicon Systems Ltd based in Leicestershire.

This exciting new development will see the disposal and merger of several business units into a single operation responsible for the sales and marketing of the Acrylicon brand into all areas of the UK construction market.

Technical information and installation of Acrylicon products will be managed by Acrylicon Systems through a number of licensed installers designed to produce peace of mind to clients in terms of product warranty and system sales advice.

National Sales Manager for Acrylicon Systems Adam Clements said, “I am tremendously excited by the opportunities this gives us in the UK for the future. The sales of Acrylicon to the UK market in the past has been heavily reliant on the activity of a small number of contracting organisations. Our objective now, in line with the global strategy, is to manage the perception of our clients to ensure Acrylicon remains not only a premium brand product but the first choice of professionals”

Operations Director for Acrylicon Systems, Pat Snowden has extensive experience of Industrial Flooring and still considers Acrylicon floors to be the most durable in the market saying, “It is perhaps the only company able to demonstrate flooring systems that continue to perform well after ten to twenty years in service. The transfer of import and distribution rights for Acrylicon in the UK is fully supported by the parent company in Scandinavia. This now represents an exciting opportunity for the development of the market as a whole.”
