G's Beetroot Expand Fresh Vac-Pac Facility

This week saw the first production in the new extension at G's Beetroot's site. The increasing demand for fresh quality organic produce has seen sales of beetroot rise. In turn G's decided to expand their Vac-Pak facility in order to meet this demand. The 500m2 area was topped with the Acrylicon Decor System to match the rest of the factory.

With the existing Acrylicon floors now 5 years old and performing well, they had no hesitation in choosing Acrylicon again.

G’s Marketing’s beetroot site is just outside the market town of March in Cambridgeshire, where beetroot has been produced for over 40 years. www.gs-marketing.com Here the beets are selected for size and all the washing, cooking and peeling is done for you.

Traditional beetroot is prepared with a fresh-from-the-kitchen approach, cooked in small batches to ensure quality. Following a Mrs Beeton recipe, a dash of specially selected mild malt vinegar (not acetic acid!) is added to enhance the flavour and help extend its keeping qualities in your fridge. An exciting recent development is the new gourmet range of the sweetest hand selected baby beets infused with quality vinegars and natural flavours.
