Moy Park Buys Single Point Solution

The single point concept from Acrylicon Silidur Systems has enabled Moy Park to eliminate the construction interface issues usually encountered on a project of this magnitude and complexity.

At 20,000m² plus, phase one of the Anwick facility represents the single largest investment by Moy Park for many years. The flooring system designed by Acrylicon Silidur Systems has given the client a single point of responsiblity from sub-base preparation through to applied topping and includes the fibre reinforced concrete slab.

The applied topping comprises of the Acrylicon Decor System within the main production area, a specially designed Slip Resistant finish within the bird intake area and a bespoke Acrylcion Flake System within the amenities and office areas.

From the very outset, Moy Park had specified an Acrylicon System for the project due to its proven performance in other facilities. The ability of Acrylicon Silidur Systems to design and build the floor slab as well as the applied topping has provided Moy Park with a single point warranty and therefore peace of mind for long term performance.
